Struggling with emotions that feel like they are controlling and confining your life—or putting a strain on your most important relationships? I offer a safe, relaxed, and down-to-earth atmosphere where we can explore your inner world, understand your emotional patterns, and equip you with practical skills to get back in the driver’s seat.
My clients often describe me as warm, comforting, and deeply collaborative. Whether you feel "broken" or are simply feeling disconnected from your partner, my ultimate goal is to help you build the insight and tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.
For Individuals: I use a blend of evidence-based tools tailored to your unique strengths and values. My approach focuses on teaching you how to become your own therapist by recognizing unhelpful behavioral patterns and shifting unhelpful thoughts. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, alongside specialized modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) as needed.
For Couples: Relationships thrive on secure connections. I specialize in helping couples move from conflict to closeness through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I particularly enjoy working with intercultural and interracial couples, helping partners navigate unique cultural dynamics and build deep, lasting emotional bonds.
While I welcome clients from all backgrounds, I have extensive experience supporting military veterans, corporate executives, and tech industry employees.
