Natasha Robinson-Link, PhD
PSYCHOLOGIST, SHE/HER/HERS
Licensed Clinical Psychologist: Pennsylvania 020256, Massachusetts 10000331, authorized to provide teletherapy in 40 states and District of Columbia through PSYPACT
I am a licensed psychologist with experience working with adults and couples in a range of settings including hospitals, private practice, and specialty medical clinics (behavioral weight loss and eating disorder clinics). I have extensive training in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy, and CBT for Eating Disorders. I also integrate mindful self-compassion and emotion focused therapy into my therapy.
I provide therapy for a range of concerns, including anxiety, panic attacks, eating disorders, depression and mood disorders, relationship issues, work-related stress, and life transitions. Outside of my work at the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Mindfulness, I work as a staff psychologist at Penn Medicine’s Center for Weight and Eating Disorders.
I see therapy as a space to help clients find the balance between acceptance an change in their lives. I love working with clients to collaborate to create a set of goals, whether it be helping you live a more joyful and meaningful life, navigate the existential questions that come with loss and grief, or create a space to become more compassionate to yourself and others in your life.
