Licensed Clinical Psychologist: Idaho 203328, Oregon 2768, Washington 60721870, Wyoming 662, authorized to provide teletherapy in 40 states and District of Columbia through PSYPACT

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in tailoring evidence-based treatments to support your mental health and wellness. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I also incorporate aspects of intersectionality, psychodynamic theory, and interpersonal process approaches in our work together.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. I believe in the importance of developing a positive therapeutic relationship and utilizing treatments that are shown to be effective by research in order to foster growth and change in the clients I work with. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences, understand your emotions, learn coping skills, and make effective choices that are in line with your values.

I graduated from the APA-accredited Pacific University School of Graduate Psychology in Oregon. My doctoral training emphasized evidence-based practice and culturally competent psychotherapy, research, and academic teaching. I completed my predoctoral internship at Wasatch Behavioral Health in Utah and my postdoctoral residency at the Clark County Community Consortium in Washington. Outside of work you can find me cooking and adventuring in the mountains with my family and dog where I live in Driggs, Idaho.
