Licensed Clinical Psychologist: Pennsylvania 19249, authorized to provide teletherapy in 40 states and District of Columbia through PSYPACT

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with years of experience delivering evidence-based treatments to a wide-range of clients. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve the changes they want in their lives. It can be so frustrating to want to change but not know how. I believe in evidence-based therapy because it works. These treatments can have a life-changing impact.

I combine evidence-based techniques with a compassionate, individually tailored style. I approach my clients with warmth and curiosity. You are the expert on you, and my goal is to create a safe space for you to share so I can best understand your unique experiences and perspectives. From there, we integrate evidence-based interventions to help you develop a deeper understanding of your own behaviors and motivations and ultimately achieve the healing and personal growth you desire.

I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. Learning to approach your thoughts and emotions in new ways can have a profound positive impact. Whether you have been struggling for years, are in the thick of current life transitions, or are newly curious about how you can better support your mental wellness, therapy can help. Through our work together, you can learn to cope with life’s challenges, improve your relationships, increase your self-esteem, and learn skills to help you build a more fulfilling life.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based approaches, and other evidence-based approaches.

About me

I studied English at Grinnell College, a small liberal arts school in the middle of Iowa. I attended graduate school at Drexel University where I earned a JD and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. My training focused on cognitive behavioral therapies and third-wave CBT treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, crossword puzzles, movies, theatre, and fitness.
