Gabrielle Lewine, PhD

Psychologist, SHE/HER/HERS

Licensed Clinical Psychologist: California 32483, Rhode Island 02128, authorized to provide teletherapy in 40 states and District of Columbia through PSYPACT

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with years of experience working with diverse clients across a range of settings, including medical clinics, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice. I see therapy as a space of honest exploration of who you are, what is most important to you, and what is holding you back from living a more fulfilling life. My role is to listen carefully and compassionately so that, together, we can identify patterns, especially ones that aren’t leading you to the life you want. Then, I use a creative and collaborative approach to help you make changes in how you relate to yourself, how you show up in your relationships, and how you make decisions, big and small.

I specialize in evidence-based treatment and have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy, as well as psychodynamic, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches. I provide individual and couple therapy. Throughout my work, I flexibly integrate the above approaches on a moment-by-moment and session-by-session basis to meet you where you are and help you grow.

I often hear from my clients: “I wish I had reached out sooner but I didn’t know how to ask for help.” Whatever it is you may be struggling with, you don’t have to carry it alone. I would welcome the opportunity to help you on your journey to becoming your future self.
