OFFICE MANAGER, She/Her/Hers

I am a doctoral student at Pacific University's Clinical Psychology PsyD program, with an emphasis in Child Psychology. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Psychology and Plan II Honors. I am interested in trauma-informed care, forensic psychology, and children with externalizing behavior.

I spent the last two years working in direct care to provide comprehensive care at a residential treatment center for young to adolescent foster care children experiencing severe emotional and behavioral issues. Through therapeutic intent, I strove to help them work through the pain of their pasts and develop the capacity to thrive in a healthy family setting. Prior to that, I worked at a Social Emotional Learning curriculum company for children to aid in their marketing and development. Throughout the past several years, I have worked for and studied under various forensic psychologists and psychiatrists across Texas.

OFFICE MANAGER, She/Her/Hers

I am currently pursuing a Master's in Mental Health Counseling at New York University, where I am deepening my clinical skills and gaining hands-on experience as a counseling intern working directly with clients. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a minor in Film, from the University of Vermont. My approach to therapy is rooted in person-centered and evidence-based care, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a client-centered philosophy that prioritizes individual needs and lived experiences. I am deeply passionate about expanding access to mental health services, and envision my future work engaging with underserved populations, especially those in shelters and correctional facilities.

I spent several years as a research assistant, working alongside teams dedicated to behavioral health and emotional wellbeing. This experience taught me the power of collaboration, compassion, and the importance of growing with others in the face of challenges.
